Medical aid was summoned, and he rallied and was thought to be all right, but he sank back again from the effects of the prostration. Mr. Fingar was a man respected in the community where he lived so long and his death will be heard with regret. He was collector of his town for several years. He leaves a wife, daughter and three sons. Hudson Register, July 12, 1901
