Charles Lynk, aged 72 years, who was a well known and prosperous farmer of Clermont, passed away at his home Saturday night. He had been in failing health a short time, due to complications brought on by his advanced years. He was an active member of the Lutheran church of Manorton. He is survived hy his wife, one daughter, Mrs. George Vosburgh, of Schenectady, and two sons, Warden, of Clermont, and Fred, of Hudson. The funeral will be private. Services will he held at the home, Tuesday afternoon. Interment will be in the family plot in the Manorton cemetery. - The Hudson Evening Register August 27, 1917
