WWII Draft Registration
Daniel H. Finger, 52, of 12553 Clarence Center Road, a self-employed sheet metal worker, died Monday in Buffalo after a short illness. He was born July 30, 1916, in Akron, a son of Jacob and Helen Hiller Finger.
Mr. Finger was a member of St. John's Lutheran Church be here and Sheet Metal Union Local 71.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Celia Kepner Finger; two daughters, Mrs. Ronald (Diane) Walters and Miss Karen Ann Finger, both of Akron; two grandsons, James and Paul Walter; three sisters and two brothers, Mrs. Elmer (Bertha)
Hershelman of Buffalo, Mrs. Russell (Martha) Fitzgerald of Waynesboro, Va., Mrs. William (Nellie) Granke, Henry and
Lawson Finger, all of Akron.
Burial will be in Pioneer Cemetery. - Lockport Union-Sun and Journal February 25, 1969
