Edmundee Ethel Finger, 93, of Sedalia, Missouri passed away on December 10, 2011 at Sylvia Thompson Residence Center. She was born January 26, 1918 in Russellville, MO to Herman Emil and Nona Ethel Wood Spring. She was married to John Finger on March 27, 1938, who preceded her in death in December, 1996.
She lived most of her adult life in the Tipton community. She was a member of the Community Baptist Church in Tipton. She worked at the Biltwell Pants Factory until her retirement. She loved to bake and decorate cakes, and enjoyed sewing.
Survivors include one son, David Finger of San Jose, CA two sisters, Velma Marie Ciprian of Sedalia, and Eula Mae Ylagan of St. Louis, three granddaughters, Jennifer Walczak, Ashley Finger, and Lindsey Finger, and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by one son, John Stephen Finger, one sister and one infant brother.
Funeral services for Ms. Finger will be at 2:00 PM Tuesday, December 13, 2011 at the Community Baptist Church in Tipton, with burial in the Salem United Church of Christ Cemetery. - Obituary
