Found her on the 1850 Red Hook, Dutchess, New York census (img 54) as Elizabeth Finger age 35

See her on the 1860 Germantown, New York census, age 45.

Found her on the 1870 Ghent, Columbia, New York census (img 68) as Elizabeth Fingar age 56.

Mrs. Elizabeth Staats Fingar, widow of the late Elisha Fingar, died last Saturday evening after an illness of several weeks at the advanced age of 83 years. The deceased was a woman of ability, possessing sound judgment and able to give good counsel. A most kind and obliging neighbor and a good mother.

Two daughters, Mrs. J. J. Van Valkenburgh, Mrs. Cornelius Van Alstyne and two sons Charles and Jacob, survive her. The funeral was held Tuesday from the church at 3 o'clock. - Daily Register Hudson, N.Y. June 1898
