Jeanna age 32 are living with his parents
Elias and Alice Pulver.
Dr. Peter C. Pulver, 86, of 141 E. Main St., Penn Yan, who died Thursday, July 22, 1971, at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital, were Monday at the Townsend Thayer Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Donald O'Polka, pastor of the Penn Yan Baptist Church, officiated. Burial was in Lakeview Cemetery.
A native of Yates County, Dr. Pulver was a graduate of Keuka Institute, the forerunner of Keuka College. He received his dental training at the University of Pennsylvania Dental School. Following his graduation, he established a private practice in Rochester in 1910, and also served the Rochester Public School System.
He came to Penn Yan in 1923, and assumed the practice of the late Dr. H. J. McNaughton. Dr. Pulver was honored by his colleagues a few years ago for his 50 years of practice. He was a member of the Yates County and New York State Dental societies, the First Baptist Church, Keuka Lodge IOOF, and the Milo Lodge 108 F&AM.
He is survived by his wife Mrs. Jean Pulver; and two cousins, Mrs. Alice Finger and Elias Wallace, both of Penn Yan. - The Chronicle Express July 29, 1971
