With their boys back home again, the Rhinehart and Cassetta families today report a bit of cheer in both households. Wally Rhinehart, 11, son of Mr. and Mrs Ralph Rhinehart, and Paul Cassetta, 12, son of Mr. and Mrs. John Cassetta, received bad skull fractures July 14 when struck by a sailing rooftop of a dugout at Little League Field. The two boys were on the danger list at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital for about two weeks. Wally came home last Wednesday, and on Saturday, Paul returned home. The lads are neighbors on Henry St., and both are members of the Legion Team in the Little League. This morning parents of both boys report the lads as 'fine,' interested in their hundreds of cards, toys, and sunshine baskets. Both lads are keeping scrapbooks of the accident. The problem, as expressed by their parents, from now on until full recovery is to keep the active youngsters quiet. Wally sat up 15 minutes Sunday. Nurses have been released from both cases and the boys' mothers now are on '24-hour duty.' Geneva Daily Times August 2, 1954
