Mrs. Sarah Kilmer Near, wife of the late Peter Near died at her home at Jackson's Corners last Friday. She leaves two sisters, one of whom is Mrs. Oliver Coon of this village and one brother. Funeral services were held Monday morning and the interment was in the cemetery at the Vedder church. The Rhinebeck Gazette January 23, 1915
