Frank Lourin Decker, 67, of Millerton, a retired truck driver, died Monday, Jan. 11, at his Irondale Road home. A 45-year resident, Mr. Decker had been a driver for Staats Dairy of Clinton Corners until retiring in 1986.
He had previously lived in Dover Plains. He was bom June 11, 1920, in Ancram, to Lourin and Catherine Brizzie Decker. On June 14, 1941, in Millerton, he married Mary Louise Decker, who survives. Other survivors include a son, Thomas J. Decker of Springfield, Mass. a daughter, Arlene Stanton of Millbrook a brother, Daniel James Decker of New Port Richey, Fla. six grandchildren two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Arrangements were by the Valentine Funeral Home, Park Avenue, Millerton. Burial was in Amenia Island Cemetery. - The Harlem Valley Times January 20, 1988
