The marriage of Oscar Law of Bartlett and Gladys Creaser of Westmoreland was solemnized at the home of John Creaser, father of the bride at four o'clock Saturday afternoon by Rev. W. A. Whlston, pastor of the Methodist Episcopal Church of which church the bride has for some time past been a member. The bride and bridegroom were attended by Miss Sarah Law, sister of the groom, and William Creaser, brother of the bride. The ceremony was performed under an arch of golden rod and purple asters.
The bride was attired in blue georgette and carried a bouquet of white roses. The bridesmaid was dressed in brown flat crepe and carried a bouquet of pink roses. The bridal party entered the living room to the strains of the wedding march, played by Will Law, the father of the groom. Supper was served immediately following the ceremony, the dining room being decorated in pink and white. The happy pair left for a trip to Watkins Glen on their return they will make their home in Bartlett, where the groom has a farm. - Daily Sentinel September 17, 1929 Mrs. Gladys Law, wife of Oscar Law died Nov. 1 in Rome City Hospital.
