Mr. Oscar Stall, of Nevis, and Miss Ada Plass of Annandale were united in marriage at the brides home on Wednesday, Dec 18th. Rev. G. D. Lydecker officiating. - Red Hook Journal December 27, 1895
Mrs. Eda Stall, 78, wife of the late Oscar Stall, died at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Raymond Mickle, last Wednesday. She had not been well for some time. Mrs. Stall was the daughter of the late Albert and Harriet Lynk Maxfield Plass of Greenport. She had lived in Nevis for many years and moved to Red Hook about 17 years ago when her husband died.
Surviving are her daughter, and three grandchildren Maurice, Bernard and Judith, and a brother Arthur Eugene. Funeral services were held Saturday with the Herman Vesper officiating. Red Hook Times January 10, 1946
