Found her on the 1920 Penn Yan, Yates, New York census (dist 282 img 5 ) as Rosetta Tinklepaugh age 26, single, living at home.

Miss Rosetta Tinklepaugh, 72, who was seriously injured Thursday when she was hit by a car is listed in fair condition this morning at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital. - The Geneva Times April 11, 1966

Miss Rosetta Tinklepaugh, 76, of 416 Liberty St., died today at the Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hospital.

Funeral services will be at 11 a. m. Saturday at the Cahill Funeral Home. The Rev. Stanley C. Robinson, pastor of the Penn Yan United Methodist Church, will officiate. Burial will be in Lake view Cemetery.

Miss Tinklepaugh was born in Yates County and resided in Penn Yan for many years. Surviving are a niece, Marguerite Jean Tucker Granning, of Patuent River, Md. and several cousins. - The Geneva Times November 26, 1969
