Mrs. Florence L. Cole, of 83 Wadsworth street, won a decree of divorce in an action filed against
Kirk J. Cole. The couple were married in Canandaigua, Aug. 6th, 1932 and have two children, aged two and five years. The decree gives Mrs. Cole custody of the children and $13 weekly alimony. Mrs. Cole was represented by Attorney Claire Morey, of Canandaigua. The action was uncontested. -

Funeral services for Kirk Joseph Cole, Sr., 56, of 21 Amhurst Rd., who died Wednesday in North Milford, PA., in a trucking accident will be at 2 p.m. Monday at the Mull Funeral Home, 113 Virginia st. Burial will be in St. Mary's cemetery.
Mr. Cole was born in Penn Yan and had lived in Waterloo for the past 26 years. He was an employee of the Louis Johnson Trucking Co., Newark for many years.
He is survived by his wife Dephine of Waterloo; three sons Kirk Jr of Waterloo, Richard and David of Tucson, Ariz.; two daughters, Mrs. Beverly AuClair of Plattsburg, Pa., and Miss Bernadette Cole at home; one brother, Charles, of Benton Center; three sisters, Mrs. Mabel LeClair of Penn Yan, Mrs. Velma Greerson of Niagara Falls, Mrs. Jessie Compton of Elmira and five grandchildren - The Geneva Times May 31, 1968
