Henry Finger of 70 Post St., a retired plant manager of the Elmhurst Rubber Co. died Friday at St. Joseph's Hospital. He was 76.
Born Nov 21, 1894 in the Wakefield section of the Bronx to Henry and Elizabeth Deuble Finger, he lived in Yonkers more than 50 years.
On July 31, 1920 he married the former Florence E. Nodine at the Church of the Immaculate Conception, St. Mary's.
Mr. Finger retired in 1962 as plant manager of the Elmhurst firm where he worked 36 years.
Surviving besides his wife are three sisters, Mrs. George (Edna) Reehl, Mrs. Walter (Elizabeth) Paulson and Mrs. Richard (Madeline) Jones several nieces and nephews. - The Herald Statesman November 22, 1971
