ELVERSON Pa., Dec. 20 - Mr. and Mrs. Nesbit Finger, two aged residents, barely escaped death from coal gas which escaped from a disconnected stove pipe. Sunday night the couple retired and at seven o'clock this morning they awoke feeling rather weak, but were able to get up. The fact that the fire had burned itself out saved their lives, but the deadly gas held them in its power all through Sunday night, Monday and Monday night.
