Found him on the 1880 Jefferson, Williams, Ohio census (dist 6 img 8) as Josiah F. Wilson age 39, shoemaker. Found him on the 1900 Fitzgerald, Irwin, Georgia census (dist 48 img 14) as Josiah Wilson age 60, widower, lumber hand. He is living with his son Howard and his family.
