Found him on the 1870 Ghent, Columbia, New York census (img 68) as Jacob Fingar age 27, farmer. He is single and living at home.

Found him on the 1920 Ghent, Columbia, New York census (dist 20 img 5), age 75. Living with him is his son Herbert, age 35, Herbert's wife Jennie, age 34, and their children Victor, Marion and Roscoe. Also Elsie, wife of Roscoe and their son Marvin. Two dwellings away is Alvin Moore.

Found him on the 1930 Ghent, Columbia, New York census (img 10), age 87. Living with him is his son Herbert, age 46, Herbert's wife Jennie, age 47.
