Found obit in Otsego Union News, funeral at Otsego Congregational Church. Originally came to Riga from Ft. Wayne, Allen, IN." - Kathy Brockway

Found her on the 1880 Lafayette, Allen, Indiana census (dist 116 img 14) as Lidda Austin age 23, living at home.

Found her on the 1900 Riga, Lenawee, Michigan census (dist 57 img 33) as Lydia Finger age 42.

Found her on the 1910 Blissfield, Lenawee, Michigan census (dist 56 img 17) as Lydia Finger, age 52. Has given birth to 5 children, 5 are living.

See her on the 1920 Otsego, Allegan, Michigan census (dist 31 img 17) as Lydia Finger age 62. Day work, private family. Address: 317 East Franklin

Found her on the 1930 Otsego, Allegan, Michagan census (dist 27 img 14) as Lydia Finger age 72, living with her daughter and son-in-law, Milo and Gladys Nichols. She is shown as married, but her husband Ellis is not listed with the family. According to Gladys Finger Nichols, he was in the county hospital at Allegan, following a stroke at work.
