Found her on the 1910 Claverack, Columbia, New York census (dist 7 img 9) as Julia A. Finger age 81, widow. Also in her household are her sister, Kathryn Clum age 86, single and Florence Stickles age 28, granddaughter. Address: 66 Main St.

Found her on the 1920 Claverack, Columbia, New York census, age 91. She lives two doors down from her son Sylvanus. Living in her household is William Walsh age 35, conductor, railroad and his wife Nellie age 40.

Mrs. Julia A. Fingar of Philmont died Monday at the age of 96 years. The funeral will be held Thursday in the home of her son, Sylvanus Fingar in Philmont. Interment in Mellenville. She was the oldest resident of Philmont where she passed her entire life, seeing the place grow from a settlement consisting of a few scattering houses to a large and prosperous village. - Chatham Courier 1925
