Finger was a Glider-Pilot on an L4B Piper Grasshopper while overseas. Before he leaves the Redistribution Station, he will be examined and interviewed to determine where his overseas experience can best be utilized by the Army Air Forces. F. O. Funeral services were held on Wednesday (March 17) for Harold M. Finger, 71, of Boston, who died on Saturday, March 13, 1993.
He is survived by wife Roberta Stanes Finger sons Thomas and Daniel (Antoinette) Finger daughter Karen (James) Murrett and five grandchildren and mother Christina Finger.
Mr. Finger was predeceased by son David Finger, daughter Susan Finger, and father Walter Finger.
Mr. Finger worked as a public accountant.
He was a World War II glider pilot and he belonged to the Corporal David Finger Tri-town Memorial Post 2556 VFW.
Interment is at SS. Peter and Paul Cemetery and arrangements were made through the Donald M. Demmerley Funeral Home, Inc. - The Sun March 18, 1993 page 6.
