The funeral of Mrs Sarah Moore, widow of Jacob C. Moore, took place from the home of her daughter, Mrs. Edmond Denegar, of Germantown, on Saturday afternoon. She was a devout Christian and an active member of Christ's Lutheran church. The deceased was loved by a large circle of friends. Besides Mrs Denegar, her daughter, two sons, Horace and DeWitt Moore, survive her. - The Columbia Republican February 20, 1917.
